We aim to be straightforward: we collect only the data we need to deliver the Service, we do not sell personal data to third parties, and we use industry-standard processors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Analytics) for payments, hosting, authentication, and analytics.

2.Information We Collect

We collect information in three categories:

Information you provide directly

• Account information: email address, password (hashed), display name.
• Payment information: billing name, address, country, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full card numbers are never seen, stored, or processed by us — they are handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Communications: messages you send to support, feedback, or community forums.
• Optional integrations: Telegram chat ID (only if you connect Telegram alerts).

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, session duration, referring URL.
• Device data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, IP address (anonymized for analytics), approximate location (country / city level).
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.

Information from third parties

• Authentication providers (if you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider): name and email only.
• Payment processors: subscription status and payment confirmations (no card details).

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide and maintain the Service (chart tools, calculations, alerts).
• Process subscriptions, payments, refunds, and renewals via Stripe.
• Authenticate you and protect your account.
• Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, payment receipts, password reset, alert notifications).

We do not use your personal information to train external AI models, and we do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion request, for tax and legal compliance.
• Payment records: retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
• Marketing email lists: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.
